SMARTePLANS® is the original idea of Judith
Sinnard. An avid eCommerce advocate, Judith was impressed with the speed and
finesse that the Houston Association of Realtors migrated realty business to the internet, and the advantages and successes found early on.
While accompanying a friend searching for
a new home ---- through several tours of homes ---- she realized that electronic
access to floor plans via the internet would be a valuable asset to finding the right property, and closing the sale sooner.
As a former convention and meeting planner,
Judith is familiar with CAD drawing and creating floor plans. The years of experience of laying out plans of ballrooms for
corporate events is put to good use with SMARTePLANS!
Judith has over 15 years of
professional marketing experience in a corporate environment, representing a broad range of experience in branding, product
launches, marketing and communications. She obtained her BBA in 1995 and her MBA eCommerce from Our Lady of the Lake University
in 2002.
