a PDF file format, is made part of your MLS listing and is directly accessible from the MLS. It has embedded room photos in
it and is magnifiable onscreen. It works for you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week,
whether your agent can be reached by telephone or not.
These are not blurry, hard-to-read scanned files. The photos are embedded and launch with a mouseclick; and the full amenities
list is also a mouseclick away. They can be emailed, posted onto your Agent's website, and are
always put on the SMARTePLANS site.
Once uploaded onto MLS they
are streamed to all the major real estate websites, as well as Realty aggregates and portals in the US and
around the world. They can be uploaded onto speciality sites for waterfront property, golf course homes, or executive estate
