The SMARTePLAN, in a PDF file format, is made part of your MLS listing and is directly accessible from the MLS. It
has embedded room photos in it and is magnifiable onscreen. It works for you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, whether your Realtor can be reached by telephone or not.
These are not blurry, hard-to-read scanned files. The photos are embedded and launch with a mouseclick; and the
full amenities list is also a mouseclick away. They can be emailed, posted onto your Realtor’s
