Unlike a photo gallery or a video tour, a SMARTePLAN does not represent your possessions or portray them. Do you REALLY want photos of your stereo system and wide screen plasma TV sitting in the family room posted on the internet, along with the address to your home? Do you want to dismantle and move them before someone comes in to take photos, or do a video tour? 

 

The SMARTePLAN advantage begins right away.  Your possessions do not have to be portrayed in order to market your home --- this is unique to SMARTePLANS as both Photo Galleries and Virtual Tours DEPEND on showing your home's contents..... a SMARTePLAN may or may not include photos, at your election.

 

And you don’t have to spend any time at all getting your home "photo-ready" ….  we measure around existing furnishings, and  usually the process takes about 2-3 hours (depending on the size of the home, of course).
