Use the step-by-step navigation
instructions below to see a current home online that has a SMARTePLAN accessible via the MLS. Launch the photos, review the
amenities..... its easy to do.
[Note - SMARTePLANS
are PDF files. In order to see them, you must have a current ADOBE reader (Version 10.1 is current as of 6-25-2011) installed on
your computer. You can obtain one FREE by going to Adobe's Home Page and downloading it. If you have a MAC -- you MUST have the current
MAC VERSION of Adobe's Reader, be sure you have downloaded and installed the Reader designed for MAC's.]

TO SEE A SMARTePLAN ON THE MLS:
1. Go to www.har.com
2. Click on "Find a Home"

On "Enter Address or Street Name or MLS Number or Zip Code",
Enter: 97737194
which is the MLS Number for a Property, and Click
on the SEARCH button at the end of that field
4. A little green flag
appears with the underlined message, "Found
MLS#97737194 in listings
for sale" -- Click on that underlined
message
5. The record is opened (6035 Floyd is the address)
6. Scroll down to "Documents": Floor Plan
Flyer"

The "Floor Plan" is where the photos are embedded. The "Flyer" is a room-by
-room list
of amenities and features for the entire property.
Clicking on the Floor Plan will launch the floor plan with the photos embedded in it. The arrowheads note where
the photographer was standing when he took the photo. The direction of the arrow shows where they were pointing.
Tapping
on the " + " and " - " keys in the top tool bar will enlarge and reduce your onscreen view.
When a photo launches, the amenities and features for
that room are listed below the photo. You have two choices:
1. Click on "Return to Floor Plan" which will return you
to the floor plan and allow you to click on a different photo to view - or -
2. Click on "Amenities
Text" which will open a new file that has the FULL list of amenities (not just for this room, but for the whole
property). The Amenities text is also called the "Flyer"
(A). At the top and bottom of each page of the Amenities text is a link to "Return to Floor
Plan"
By clicking on these links, the viewer can seamlessly explore this property and move between the floor
plan, the photos, and the amenities list easily --- magnifying the screen as needed to review the smallest detail.
If INTERACTIVE FLOOR PLAN also appears in the DOCUMENT
section, this means a second version of the floor plan has been created that allows you to select furniture symbols off a
menu, size them to match your own furniture and arrange those symbols inside the floor plan. Try it!
