NEW "eTools" can you use on their property to promote their listing and make it stand out from the 42,000 other listings
posted on the MLS?
If the
only eTool you are using is posting the listing and photos onto MLS, that's no longer going to be good enough to get listings
from network savvy Homesellers of high end residential properties.
You're
