Sellers know that Buyers
are now "e-enabled". So what will you do? You are going to have to expand your service
options past the discounters. What value-added services do you bring to the table?
What NEW "eTools" can you
use on their property to promote their listing and make it stand out from the 60,000 other listings posted on the MLS?
If the only eTool you are using
is posting the listing and photos onto MLS, that's no longer going to be good enough to get listings from network savvy
Homesellers of high end residential properties.
